Ricky is a Post Chief Marshal at Snetterton Circuit and runs the Snetterton Marshals Facebook account, as well as the Instagram and Twitter pages @SnettMarshals.
“Motorsport is about getting from the start to the finish, as quickly as possible. A person’s sexuality does not affect this and nor does it affect the ability to marshal. As an LGBTQ+ marshal, along with my partner, this is a great way to raise awareness. Racing Pride UK is a fantastic initiative that will help to support and build the confidence of those in the LGBTQ+ community who want to, but feel they can’t, get involved in the sport.”
