Racing Pride community enjoys Autumn Reception at Silverstone Museum

Racing Pride was delighted to visit Silverstone Museum to host our Autumn Reception!

Surrounded by racing history, this was an amazing opportunity to bring together Racing Pride members and their guests, motorsport industry professionals, and allies of the LGBTQ+ community.

The event featured a panel discussion: ‘Pride, allyship, and how you can help shape the future of motorsport’ as well as an exclusive drinks reception in the heart of the museum.

Chris Stevens expertly hosted our panel, speaking with our CEO Matthew-Harriet Randall and panellists Laila Fadli Dokkali (trackside engineer, former Mission 44 scholar, F1 Simulation Engineer and Drive Systems Mechanical Engineer), Jane Sophia (motorsport marshal), and Helena Hicks (PR Specialist at Honda Racing UK and Founder of Females in Motorsport). Thanks to L.A. Wilshaw for capturing some great photos during the event.

It was amazing to see our Racing Pride family come together, network, and explore the museum collection.

Importantly, we were also able to share experiences and educate allies who showed their support of the LGBTQ+ community.

Individually we can drive learning, but together we can drive change.
