Racing Pride welcomes new directors to its Board
Racing Pride is excited to announce that, following a thorough recruitment process over the last few months, four new non-executive directors have joined our Board: Jessica Hinman, Matthew Harriet Randall, Marta Neto, and Philip Spinks. They will each bring their extensive expertise to our work championing LGBTQ+ inclusion across motorsport and its associated industries. They will sit alongside our existing directors, Bryanna Harding and Jon Holmes, and our CEO & Co-Founder Richard Morris.
We are proud to bring together a Board with such a range of professional and personal perspectives to support and spearhead our work. You can find out more about each of our Board members below.

Jessica said: ‘I’m thrilled to join the Racing Pride community because it provides a unique platform to advocate for LGBTQ+ inclusion across all sports, not just motorsport. When individuals have to conceal their true selves, they can’t fully focus on their goals. Racing Pride supports everyone in the motorsport world — drivers, teams, sponsors, and fans — in bringing their authentic selves to the track.’
Matthew Harriet Randall (they/them)
Matthew Harriet Randall has worked for 16 years in the Aston Martin Lagonda IT department. Richard Morris (he/they)
Richard Morris is a racing driver, Co-Founder and CEO of Racing Pride, and the reigning European Sports Prototype Cup Champion (2023). Having watched Formula One since his earliest memories and having started kart racing as a child in 2005, Richard rose through, and enjoyed success as a driver in, various karting formulae up to 250 gearbox superkarts, before moving into single seaters and prototype racing across the UK and Europe. Most recently he has been completing a programme driving with Forsetti Motorsport, an official Aston Martin Racing partner team, in an Aston Martin V8 Vantage GT4 car.
In late 2018, Richard posted about his experiences in the sport and his hope that more could be done to promote LGBTQ+ inclusion, sparking conversations leading to the launch of Racing Pride in June 2019. Richard has been central to Racing Pride from the outset, and has particularly focused on developing and delivering our range of vital industry partnerships right up to our partnership programmes with Formula One teams. Alongside Racing Pride, Richard sits on the Motorsport UK EDI Committee, is Chair of the Motorsport UK LGBTQ+ Committee, and is an Athlete Ally ambassador.
Richard reflected: “I remember loving motorsport, but struggling with some of the language and imagery used in and around paddocks, the lack of representation, role models, and visible allyship, and feelings of isolation from a sense of being the only person like me which came from that. I believe passionately that the collective approach of Racing Pride, built on the authentic experiences of people across the sport and industry as well as our fantastic industry partners, can uplift, empower, support, and bring together LGBTQ+ people and allies in a way which will positively promote and enrich the sport by creating spaces and cultures in which everyone can belong and thrive.”

Jon said: ‘I’ve been a part of the Racing Pride story from its early days, helping to spread the word about the initiative via my previous full-time role with Sky Sports and providing connections, resources and comms knowledge. Motorsport has such a wide reach and there are still stereotypes to break down – storytelling is vital to ensure everyone has the chance to see themselves reflected in the series they love.’
Bryanna Harding (she/her)
Bryanna Harding is Director of People and Culture at Silverstone Circuit, with previous HR and People Team experience working with race teams including Aston Martin Formula One Team and NEOM McLaren Electric Racing as well as Premiership football team Crystal Palace.

Passionate about fostering a culture of belonging, I am committed to advancing diversity and inclusion across the world of motorsport and beyond.’
Richard Morris welcomed our Board, commenting: ‘I am excited to work with this outstanding Board. Over the past five years, Racing Pride has built a truly unique movement and platform, working with more than half of the Formula One grid, national governing bodies, and major companies within the broader industry, alongside galvanising a community from grassroots to Grand Prix with activities in the UK, Europe, North America, and Australia, and members across dozens of countries. I am confident that the depth and diversity of professional and personal skills, experiences, and perspectives among the members of the Board will put us in a strong position to make the best strategic decisions and to nurture our community of members and partners as we continue with our work to positively promote LGBTQ+ inclusion through motorsport and its associated industries.’
